1. DEFINITIONS

   The Metropolitan Casino Mayfair (the "Casino" or the "Company") refers to The Metropolitan Casino Mayfair, operated by Metropolitan Gaming.

2. APPLICATION

   These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the facilities and services provided by the Company at the Casino in Knightsbridge, London. By entering or participating in any aspect of our premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. AGE AND ELIGIBILITY

   To enter the Casino, you must be at least 18 years old (or such higher age as may be required under applicable law). You must also provide proof of age upon request.

4. IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS

   The Company reserves the right to require identification documents from all patrons. Failure to produce valid identification will result in refusal of entry or service.

5. SECURITY AND CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT

   In the event that we suspect you are involved in any fraudulent activity, breach these Terms and Conditions, or exhibit behavior detrimental to our business or other customers, we reserve the right to close your account, withdraw access to the Casino premises, and/or refuse future services without notice.

6. GAMBLING RESPONSIBILITY AND EXCLUSION

   We encourage responsible gaming practices and comply with UKGC regulations. If you wish to exclude yourself from gambling, please contact us in writing to initiate self-exclusion. You may also request a cooling-off period or deposit limit at any time.

7. AML/CTF POLICY

   The Company is subject to the provisions of the Money Laundering Regulations and Terrorist Financing Acts 2009-2010 (as amended). We reserve the right to verify your identity, source of funds, and conduct risk assessments as necessary under applicable law.

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

   You are solely responsible for monitoring your account balance, wager limits, and betting history. The Company cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from failure to monitor or maintain accurate records.

9. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

   By registering with us, you grant permission for the storage and use of personal information for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy (which forms part of these Terms).

10. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The Company reserves the right to alter these Terms at any time without prior notice.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from all claims, demands, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our facilities or services, breach of contract, negligence, gross negligence, reckless conduct, misrepresentation, or any other cause.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales (as applicable).

13. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms are governed by English law, including its jurisdictional provisions.

14. DEFINITIVE INTERPRETATION

    The Company's interpretation of these Terms is final and binding on all parties concerned.
